Emails every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday for the three weeks from Sunday, December 13th through Saturday, January 2nd with support for your self-care practices.
- MONDAY support includes simple breath awareness practices & inspiration to set you up for a centered week.
- WEDNESDAY support includes beginner-friendly recipes to support your digestion and well-being.
- SATURDAY support includes a longer practice invitation to help you connect to nature, your loved ones, rejuvenation, and renewal.
Practices, recipes, and suggestions are woven from my years of studying Yoga and Ayurveda, passion for self-care, and love of food. These lessons are appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioner, cooking skill, age, and gender.

ABOUT KATE SCHWABACHER
Kate has practiced yoga since her teens and valued the presence and calm consistent practice has brought to her life. She studied Ayurvedic Medicine at the Mount Madonna Institute of Ayurveda and continues to study with Scott Blossom. Kate is currently in her second of three years as a full-time Chinese Medicine student at the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences in Oakland, Ca. Her passion for eating delicious, local, beautiful food brings light to her self-care practice everyday, and she loves teaching others how to make healthy eating compatible with a busy life.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are you available to answer any questions that arise during the course? I will do my best to respond to any short questions about course material a.s.a.p. Due to a very busy schedule, I am not available for consultations during this time however, so I won't be able to respond to questions that are about your particular health condition or other matters requiring a more comprehensive intake or a significant amount of my time. I am happy to refer you to other practitioners should the need arise.
What if I'm not sure this is right for me? For one, you're welcome to email me with any question that you have before signing up. Two, if after the first week you feel this course isn't the one to support you this holiday season, then just email me to let me know and I will give you a full refund.
