After four years of leading online group cleanses in the fall together, Scott Blossom and I are going to simplify things. We both love seeing how much people benefit from taking time to cleanse and have a new idea for how to support you in continuing to integrate ayurveda into your daily life.
We are offering a Simple Fall Balancing Guide. This guide includes daily practices and new recipes to support dosha balancing in the fall. Whether you are a beginner or experienced with Ayurveda, this should add some fun color and flavor to your fall routine.
We are offering the guide by donation with 50% of all donations going to Feeding America, a nationwide network of food banks helping to support the 1 in 7 Americans who struggle with hunger. The guide will be available for the month of October.
